Our growing massage and facial spa is looking for an outgoing, motivated, and enthusiastic Spa Associate to join our team! The successful candidate must have excellent sales skills. Position Summary:  The Front Desk Sales Associate must be comfortable speaking with new clients and our members about the benefits of being a member. Candidates will answer phones, schedule appointments, sell memberships, and support their fellow staff and existing members. Essential Functions : Sells memberships to guests Answers phone calls, set appointments, greet members and guests upon arrival. Supports the performance of the spa against membership and retail goals Ensures client experiences are first rate and professional Interacts with spa staff including other spa associates, therapists, and estheticians Helps to maintain a professional, clean and safe spa environment for employees and clients Qualifications:  Experience in sales preferred Strong communication skills Excellent phone etiquette Self-motivated and energetic Friendly and positive personality Ability to multi-task and stay organized High school diploma Benefits:  Tiered hourly wage PLUS commissions for membership sales.
