The Acne Lab is looking to hire a part-time-to-full-time licensed Esthetician passionate about treating acne. You would be joining a positive, family-friendly, client-focused, small-but-mighty company. In this dynamic and growing environment you will be guiding clients through strategic skincare over a 3-4 month period and beyond, developing lasting relationships with your clients and their families, trouble shooting the challenges, and celebrating life-changing successes.


What We Absolutely Positively Can't Live Without...
Esthetics License with a minimum of 1+ years experience
Colorado Chemical Peel Certified
10+ years of professional work experience
Direct/personal experience with acne, either past or present
Sanitation SuperStar (we appreciate a little OCD here!)
Trouble Shooter Extraordinaire - seeing the big picture and not getting dissuaded by set-backs
Emotional systems in balance - this is a zero drama environment
A true "Glass Half-Full" Optimist

Because...This is What You Will Absolutely Positively Be Doing...
Through your mad skills, you will handle each day knowing you will be changing the lives of your clients. Your day can include providing thorough consults that are investigative, educational, and relationship building, facilitating 15-minute "Check-ins" to guide clients through the process of trouble shooting and providing next steps regarding their skin care routine; providing targeted facial and body treatments to support a client's process; some of the time is spent answering emails, phone calls and walk-in questions from existing, long distance and potential clients. You will be lending your support and skills to the other estheticians, office manager and office assistants where needed. 

This is a part-time position to grow to full-time. Hours are negotiable and can include some evenings and weekends. Compensation and benefits are above industry average.
