PT ReceptionistAspire Medical Spa - Denver, CO
$12 an hour - Part-time
We are seeking a part-time receptionist to work 20-25 hours/week. The shift will be 9am-2pm. The ideal candidate has worked in medical spa setting before as a receptionist.
Skills:
Ability to learn/understand spa software- we use booker (prior experience great but not required).
Understanding of basic esthetician services (facials, waxing, chemical peels, dermaplane, ect.).
Understanding of med spa services to describe to patients (botox, filler, laser hair removal, IPL, micro-needling, ect). Willing to train the right candidate. Must be able to adapt and learn quickly.
Communication is key, must be able to be respectful and courteous toward patients. Must be articulate and eloquent when speaking to patients.
We are looking for someone who has an upbeat positive personality. Willing to work as a team player. Someone who is very organized and can run our front of house without micromanaging.
Must have a reliable transportation. Bilingual is a huge plus!
Receptionist Job Expectations:
Booking patients
Answering questions about treatments/policies
Following up with patients
Check patients in/out
Confirmation calls
Sell packages/memberships
Sell retail
Keep spa clean: dusting, sweeping, mopping, ect
Keeping organized
Always prompt, punctual and dependant
Great customer service
Compensation:
$12 per hour.
