We are a fast growing eco-friendly company that offers massage therapy and facials – all at a very affordable rate.
We are hiring for our growing location in Broomfield, Colorado at FlatIron Crossing Mall. We are looking for aestheticians who are excited to be a part of the Massage Green Spa family. We are looking to hire a part time aesthetician to work 2 to 3 days a week which will include weekends.
General qualification requirements for position
  • 16- hrs/week work availability
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Aesthetician or Cosmetology diploma
  • Current, valid state aesthetic license recognized by the governing board of the state of Colorado
  • Aesthetic training at a recognized aesthetics school
  • Proficiency with latest salon techniques for performing facials and skin analysis
  • Proficiency with use of equipment needed to perform technical work
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
As an Aesthetician with Massage Green Spa, you will be responsible for: 
  • Acknowledging and greeting all guests and providing friendly, prompt, and courteous service
  • Attending all Massage Green mandatory education events and workshops
  • Assisting in all store duties
  • Adhering to spa dress code and Massage Green standard for guest service and cleanliness
  • Demonstrating full knowledge of Massage Green's facial services
  • Demonstrating comprehensive understanding of Massage Green's products, and an ability to promote client understanding of product ingredients
  • Providing excellent aesthetic services to all spa guests
  • Following all established treatment protocols for the proper and consistent execution of facials within allotted times, without deviation
  • Taking general direction from management and ownership
