ESTHETICIAN
Our spa is a leader in changing the perception of spas. The spa experience is no longer a costly luxury–our spa is for anyone who wants to frequently relax, escape and thrive. We are a non-medical spa (no laser) and offer facials, light chemical peels, Edge Hydra Facial, waxing, spray tanning, and massage at an affordable price with memberships to ensure the best for our guests and the opportunity to keep our staff busy. We are currently looking for a professional, friendly, and experienced esthetician with a passion for skincare to fill a part time position at the Westminster locations.
REQUIREMENTS
  • At least 1 year experience as an esthetician;
  • Colorado licensed esthetician with additional certification in chemical peels and dermabrasion;
  • Must have reliable transportation even in bad weather;
  • Must put guest needs over own personal needs;
  • Must have the understanding of the importance of following protocols;
  • Strong work ethic, well organized, self- initiative, multi-tasker and team player;
  • Flexible, and willingness to work varied schedules/shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays. (Must work at least one weekend shift for the first year);
  • Knowledge of Sanitas and Image skin care products;
  • Punctual, tardiness is not acceptable;
  • Ability to educated guests in skin care as well as product usage for home care;
  • Must maintain a professional image and attitude;
  • Able to address concerns in a positive way and not complain;
  • Must follow company dress code.
DUTIES
  • Ensure that the needs of guests are met;
  • Must reach quota for sales and membership;
  • Maintain professional image and behavior;
  • Perform services on guests including facials, waxing (including Brazilian), chemical peels, Edge hydra facial, spray tans and some body treatments;
  • Clean and maintain equipment and treatment rooms, and assist in laundry.
