DejaVu Med Spa, a medical spa in Lone Tree, CO, is in search of a part time front desk receptionist who is also a certified esthetician. As the first impression to our clients and potential clients, this position is a very important part of the overall customer service experience. Part time opening for an exceptional experienced esthetician to conduct consultations, develop treatment plans, educate patients, close sales and perform treatments per clinic protocol. We are looking for highly motivated, entrepreneurial, confident esthetician who believes customers come first and who is looking for a long-term position.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, energetic and passionate about good customer service. This person must be efficient, able to multi-task and able to handle a busy work environment with professionalism and a team-player spirit.
Responsibilities include:
- Answer multi-line telephone system, schedule appointments, answer questions about our treatments/products and promote the clinic in a positive and professional manner.
- Greet patients and visitors in a timely manner, obtain proper paperwork and communicate unexpected delays when necessary.
- Receive payments from patients for services and product purchases, schedule follow-up appointments and proactively educate and inform client of additional products/services that may be of interest.
- Self motivating, team player; Will have a lot of autonomy
- Meticulous and ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of basic skin care classes are mandatory
- Make reminder calls and pull charts for next business day.
- A variety of clerical duties including filing, photo copies, receiving shipments, sorting mail, etc.
- Maintain organization of the front office area including lobby and front desk area.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Education/Training and Experience: Current Esthetics License
- Microderm certified/Custom Chemical peels (my line is PCA skincare)
- Microneedling certified
- Dermaplaning
- Hydrafacial
