Our thriving ophthalmology practice has recently expanded its cosmetic and aesthetic offerings in 2018 and we are searching for an Esthetician to run that program. We are currently using the revolutionary VISIA Mirror to conduct aesthetic consultations, and we offer three different lines of skincare in our office, as well as facial services and injectables/dermal fillers. We are located in an affluent region of the Denver metro area in Lone Tree, with a large demographic of middle aged men and women. We are seeking a passionate medical professional who is ready to grow with our practice and lead our aesthetic team!
You’ll be responsible for knowledge of all services, products and treatments offered at the practice. You will be expected to evaluate, engage with and counsel each patient as they seek our aesthetic services, providing them with excellent customer service whilst delivering their aesthetics evaluation. You are also expected to keep detailed, accurate and timely documentation of your consultations. In addition to aesthetics, we also have some premium special testing that we expect you to learn how to operate. All training for that special testing will be done in house.
At our practice, we maintain a core philosophy of teamwork and respect to continuously improve the experience of our patients. You will be expected to employ this same philosophy, ultimately with a goal of building a clientele of aesthetic patients. It will be your duty to ensure that patient satisfaction is maintained at all times, and effectively communicate when improvements can and should be made. Licensed professionals with experience in ophthalmology or oculoplastics are preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong procedural, technical and anatomical competency of injection technique for facial aesthetic procedures. Additional skills include:
