The Factory hair salon is located in a unique area drawing clientele from Cherry Creek North/Glendale/Virginia Village neighborhoods and is looking for two part time experienced stylists to join our growing team. The team at The Factory is collaborative and keeps a fun, vibrant and upscale atmosphere. At The Factory we believe in being authentic and true to yourself and others. We are looking for a candidate who:

Is passionate about their craft and motivated to grow in their field.
Loves people and client services.
Has the ability to build and maintain strong client and team relationships as well as to work independently to achieve salon goals.
Performs full salon services on woman and men.
Is available to work evenings and weekends.
Is flexible. timely, professional, accountable and reliable.
Holds a current Colorado Cosmetology License or ability to obtain by October.
Has at least 1-4 years’ experience in the industry.
Has knowledge of European color line.
Has a positive attitude
Has knowledge of current fashion and hair trends.

The Factory hair salon is also looking for an esthetician/lash artist to join our growing team..

Applicant must be highly motivated,possess excellent client service skills, and exceptional attention to detail. While this position is booth rental, and having your own clientele is recommended, you will also be asked to preform services for our salon guests including lash extensions, and eyebrow waxing. Lash/Brow tinting and perming is a plus but not required.

You must currently possess a current license in CO for cosmetology or Esthetics.
