Experience Medical Esthetician
$22 - $36 an hour
At Natural Skincare and Acne Clinic we specialize in clearing acne with 90% effectiveness. We also offer medical esthetics procedures such as IPL, MicroNeedling, Fractional CO2, Chemical Peels and Medical Facials.
Our Estheticians are responsible for conducting acne and anti-aging consultations, identifying the unique triggers for the client’s acne, creating an acne clearing treatment plan, cross-selling services, offering add-on's, selling skincare products, herbs and supplements and then supporting the client through a 12-week program. Beyond our acne program, Estheticians sell and perform treatments such as IPL, microdermabrasion, combo treatments, microneedling, thermo-lo, dermaplaning and medium-depth chemical peels.
We were recently rewarded 3rd Fastest Growing Small Business by Denver Business Journal and won A-List's Best Medical Spa 2018. We are a fast growing company and are looking for a part-time team (family) member.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drives clinic sales and hits monthly clinic targets based on a variety of metrics set by the company
- Cross promotion of new services/treatments.
- Complete an in-house training program and pass a certification exam
- Conduct acne consultations and convert acne clients to our 12-week program
- Conduct anti-aging consults and convert clients to appropriate treatment plans including skincare products
- Create unique acne clearing treatment plans that include a topical skincare regimen that changes bi-weekly, diet and lifestyle changes, herbal formulas, supplements and various lifestyle changes based off their specific triggers
- Interact with client with a positive and empathetic attitude to help them implement behavior and lifestyle changes
- Inspire clients to make positive changes, provide emotional support, and celebrate progress towards goals
- Conduct end of program consults with acne clients and concert them to anti-aging laser and light services
- Convert phone inquiries to consultations. Provide relevant information about the acne program
- Serve as acne program role model by living with a healthy diet and regular stress reduction habits
- Deliver excellent client experiences to drive efficacy, positive reviews, and new client referrals
- Hit monthly sales goals and sell packages
Required Background/Experience:
- Licensed CO Esthetician
- 3+ Consultative Sales a must
- 5+ years Medical Esthetics experience (laser, IPL, deep peels, etc) or Esthetic Nurse experience
- CO Microdermabrasion and Chemical Peel certifications

Salary: Hourly + commission with uncapped earning potential
