DEKA LASH, the fastest growing eyelash extension brand in the Denver Metro area, is hiring Lash Artists NOW for our newest world-class studio in Cherry Creek North. Must be available on weekends.

Deka Lash Cherry Creek is a membership-based concept offering individual eyelash extensions (Classic, Volume, Hybrid, TrueXpress), and the semi-permanent eyebrow Microblading. We are looking for hard-working, positive, and motivated Lash Artists to join our team-driven studio. Is this you?
Qualified candidates must have a current esthetician and/or cosmetology license and be willing to sell memberships, products, and services. Experienced lashers are welcome. No lash experience? No problem. We offer an extensive in-house training program, as well as sales training.
Main Responsibilities include:
  • Lash Artistry
  • Upselling memberships, products, and services
  • Checking Clients in and out (no receptionist)
  • World-class customer service
  • Maintaining sanitation and Industry standards
  • Performing additional duties as required
Requirements:
  • Current Esthetician or Cosmetology license
  • Passionate about the beauty industry
  • Outgoing and positive personality, team-driven
  • Previous experience preferred, but not required
  • Professional demeanor, neat and clean appearance
  • Strong work ethic
Compensation:
  • Base hourly, commission, bonus structure, tips, discounts on products/services
