Position: Esthetician

Facelogic Spa is looking for an Esthetician that will provide customers with a consistent world-class customer experience! Our clients will fall in love with your excellent interpersonal skills, desire to work in the skincare and wellness industry, an outgoing and upbeat personality, and professional dress, speech, and behavior. Our candidate will portray a willingness to learn all aspects of the business, including front desk responsibilities, as a backup as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Perform services as requested, and as appropriate, including waxing, facials, tinting, peels and lashes etc.
• Upselling products and services to help clients achieve their skincare objectives.
• Engaging customers, discovering their skincare needs and desires.
• Maintaining client charts and appropriate information.
• Maintaining Sanitation requirements.
• Refilling supplies.
• Performing additional duties as required.

Standards:

Customer satisfaction is our primary concern! Providing spa services includes but is not limited to; facials, microdermabrasion, waxing, peels, tinting, spray tanning, teeth whitening and other services as applicable. Cleanliness of the spa is done on daily and weekly checklist, esthetician stations at opening or closing, laundry, and the supply rooms. Respectfulness and the kind and thoughtful treatment of all is paramount and part of our values.

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED
• State esthetician license required through DORA
• Flexible schedule, including weekend (full day Saturday required) and evenings
• Prefer eyelash extensions experience (documented work helpful)
• Previous experience preferred
• Ability to upsell services
• Ability to sell products to our clients based on the products you selected while rendering services
