The Role:
We are seeking an energetic, experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team. This individual will work closely with our VP of Sales to drive revenue, increase customer satisfaction and expand the reach of our premier skin card brand in the marketplace. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for increasing sales in existing accounts and performing business development activities as directed in Spa, Med Spa and Franchise businesses. We’re looking for a dedicated professional with a proven track record of helping businesses achieve and exceed their sales numbers. This position will be responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer service. What We Expect – Responsibilities:
  • Manage monthly sales activities and business development to achieve sales targets as assigned
  • Compile lists of sales leads by market as driven by quarterly sales strategy. Contact and visit existing and potential accounts in Spa, Med Spa and Franchise locations as directed by VP of Sales
  • Works with customers to identify sales opportunities and suggest products to increase assortment, drive sales and strengthen loyalty to our brand through outstanding customer service
  • Acts as a brand expert as demonstrated through professional ability to present and train customers on product line, features and benefits, points of differentiation and sales techniques
  • Provides regular updates regarding sales activities and progress towards key initiatives to the VP of Sales
  • Creates positive and lasting relationships with our Spa, Med Spa and Franchise partners and looks for opportunities to strengthen relationships to further drive sales and satisfaction
  • Works closely with Sales Support team to ensure accounts receive the needed resources, communication, training and follow-up to assist in growing their business and representing the brand professionally
  • Reviews and analyzes sales metrics to strategize on how to drive sales and profitability within assigned territory in partnership with VP of Sales
  • Supports monthly promotional activity through visits and communication with top accounts for maximum benefit and results
  • Leverage CRM system to drive sales by regular addition and maintenance of information for each account
  • Drive the success of your territory through regular communication with VP of Sales and surfacing needs, opportunities and challenges along with ideas and solutions
  • Supports project work to assist in driving sales and providing assistance to accounts including events, launches, trade shows and anything else directed by VP of Sales
  • Performs all forecasting, post-sales support, weekly and monthly planning and works closely with business partners for a seamless and collaborative approach to driving business
  • Uphold the Company Mission and Values in word and action everyday both inside and outside the organization
  • Participates in any other work activities as assigned
What We’re Looking for – Qualifications:
  • 3 or more years in an outside sales role
  • Consumer Products experience required – skin care preferred
  • Esthetician license a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred
  • Motivated by achieving sales goals and building customer relationships
  • Proficient with common computer programs including MS Office and CRM
  • Ability to multi-task and switch focus quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities
  • Strong ability to present to business owners, negotiate and navigate changing customer needs
  • Ability to overcome obstacles and solve problems for customer
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-up and ability to anticipate future needs
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet assigned deadlines
Physical Demands:
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and listen
  • The employee is required to sit for long periods of time, as well as frequently standing and walking. Use of hands, arms and fingers necessary.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
  • Required to maintain reliable transportation for travel to customer locations, sales events and trade shows up to 50% of the time
