VIO Med Spa is opening a new location and looking for an Esthetician to join our team!
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Esthetician will administer professional facials, chemical peels, HydraFacials, OxyGeneo treatments, exfoliation treatments, hydra dermabrasion, microdermabrasion, microneedling and select body treatments, as well as providing other spa service recommendations, and the assist in development and growth of spa sales.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide esthetic non-invasive cosmetic treatments and services
  • Meet sales goals by recommending services and retail products
  • Make service and treatment recommendations by analyzing skin types and educating guests
  • Gather guest medical history and inquire about contraindications and proceed accordingly
  • Accurately maintain and update guest records
  • Effectively manage the storage, administration and ordering of cosmetic and non-cosmetic supplies
  • Organize, assist, and attend organization special events and marketing opportunities
  • Develop a guest base through active marketing, networking and promotion of personal and spa brand across various marketing and networking mediums
  • Clean, sanitize, organize and maintain equipment and procedure room
  • Perform follow-up calls to guests: review treatment, answer questions, schedule follow up, and promote retail product sales
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Certified/licensed Esthetician within the jurisdiction of employment
  • Possess a thorough knowledge of the skin
  • Have excellent facial massage and skin extraction techniques
  • Knowledge of current aesthetic treatment practices, products and trends
  • Experienced and comfortable consulting patients regarding skin care needs, techniques and treatment plans
  • Experience with Coolsculpting a plus
  • Availability for evening and weekend shifts as needed

Salary: $20.00 to $35.00 /hour
