Uptown Wax is now offering a 3 month room rental to 2 estheticians or cosmetologists with full time job opportunity available in September.

Rent includes:
*Full time access to a fully equipped wax room
*All supplies needed for business: Wax pots, brand new tables, cleanser, post wax care, sticks, mirrors, reception desk, waiting area, access to spray tan booth, gloves, barbasol, cotton pads, baby powder, speakers for music, website, web presence, point of sale system, beer/wine/liquor for clientele and 5lbs of wax/month.
*Prime uptown location across from many shops and restaurants with tons of foot traffic
*We provide lots of advertising and community reach out
*Keys to shop with 24/7 access

Requirements:
*$250/week
*$150 deposit
*ASCP insurance
*This shop offers male Brazilians so applicants comfortable with this service will be at the top of the list

As you know waxing is a highly profitable market with average incomes of 45-65k/year and centers are consistently at the top of the list for annual profits because overhead is low and turnover is high. A Brazilian uses roughly $6 worth of wax and costs between $44-$88. The math is easy and the opportunities are endless!
