Assisting in the supervision of daily clinic operations; monitor staff training and performance and conduct consultations with potential patients/clients.

The Assistant Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clinic that includes the following, but is not limited to:

• Assisting the Clinic Manager to drive sales to meet predetermined company expectations
• Support coaching, developing, and motivating through sales performance
• Monitor staff training and performance
• Outbound marketing strategies
• Conduct and close consultations
• Follow daily accounting procedures
• Promote a friendly, warm and exceptional customer experience

To qualify for the Assistant Manager position, the ideal candidate will possess the following:

• MUST posses a valid esthetician license or equivalent
• Proven leadership skills with a history of motivating a team to meet or exceed sales goals
• Customer oriented skills
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite and Internet Explorer based applications
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Experience in skincare is a plus
• One plus year(s) experience is preferred
