Customer Service Associates -Denver, Colorado

We are currently interviewing Customer Service Associates for our Denver, Colorado location.

The person in this position will work closely with outside sales representatives managing existing accounts, developing new business and handling heavy incoming sales calls from new and existing customers. We are dedicated to providing world-class customer service. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• The ability to follow through on all client and account representative requests within allotted time period
• Effective communication to customers verbally, via e-mail or phone
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Assertive, proactive and takes initiative to effect change
• Able to handle heavy phone volume of inbound and outbound calls
• General customer service skills with the ability to overcome objections
• Must be able to analyze situations and effectively decide on a good business solution for all parties involved
• Microsoft computer skills are required
• The desire to exceed customer expectations
• Customer service experience required
• Bilingual is a plus
