Esthetician/Partner Wanted (So. Denver/Aurora)

compensation: Commision/gratuities or hourly (which ever is greater)
A fun and happy Massage and Facial Spa in South Denver and South Aurora is seeking a great, smart and personable Esthetician. All the other ads talk about "team player", "licensed", "insured", "blah ,blah, blah". Yes, we want those things but everyone wants that. What we want is someone above and beyond. Our spa and staff (along with the owner who writes this ad) are different. Rather than talk about who you should be... let's talk about who you shouldn't be:
> Do not be a whiner or a drama person (leave your personal business at the door when you come in and pick it up outside when you leave
> Do not call in once a week with another illness or about the tenth grandparent that has died this year (unless you have ten grandparents that died this year... then we are truly sorry for your loses)
> Do not tell us about the dozen drinks you had last night and show up to work smelly
> Do not lie to us about how great you are at the interview because we will figure this out soon
> Do not pretend to be a clean freak when really you are just a messy person
> Just don't lie about anything

What we want:
> Honesty and the ability to admit you make mistakes once in a while
> Licensed and Insured
> Experience in Microderm and Chemical peels
> Friendly, charming, and customer oriented
> Should like free pizza from the owner once in a while
> Loyalty... because we will give you the same
> Enthusiasm, you will not be an employee... but a partner with us all

What we give back:
> Great discounts on products, you will pay wholesale plus shipping
> Free services... as many as can be done as long as the schedule allows (our Massage Therapists are great and we have hair removal, too)
> A guarantee of no less than $9.00 an hour until we create your clients (TV and movies included)
> New friends and partners
> More info when you come in for an interview
