In this hands-on management position, you will provide TEam Member training and coaching; open and close the store and provide customers with excellent customer service.
Requirements:
•
Herbalists, Naturopaths, Nutritionists or other wellness practitioners are desired OR you must have a broad knowledge of natural supplements, vitamins and health and wellness solutions.
•
You must have at least 1 year's experience in a supervisory role with a small team.
•
This is retail, and your schedule must be flexible including ability to work evenings (until 9 pm) and some weekends.
•
You must be able to operate an electronic point of sale system.
•
Our stores are busy so you must be able to work fast, run lean and maximize productivity.
