Position Summary

General Duties and Responsibilities:
Massage:
*Performs all massage treatments ensuring client satisfaction.
*Maintains knowledge of all treatments performed and products used.
*Greets clients in the waiting room and guides them to the treatment room.
*Speaks with the clients to obtain an understanding of their expectations and restrictions. Provides education about the treatment.
*Clean and restock work areas.
*Completes other tasks/assignments as assigned.
*A passion for working with people
*Can-do attitude and high energy level
*Reliable and timely
*Ability to connect with other therapist & stylist
*A creative outlook on reshaping the Salon/Spa Industry
*Hot Stone & Prenatal a plus but not required
*Knowledge and understanding of Swedish Massage & Deep Tissue
*Knowledge of other modalities/certifications a plus
Esthetician:
*Performs all facial and body treatments, ensuring client satisfaction.
*Maintains knowledge of all treatments performed and products used.
*Recommends spa products to guests following treatment.
*Facial & Body Waxing Required
*Microderm a plus but not required
*Makeup a plus but not required
*Image product knowledge a plus but not required
Requirements:
*License/Certification or proof of application submission required
*Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote the health and wellness and be able to convey the benefits of massage therapy
*Must adhere to local and state licensing/certification laws and regulations
*Must carry liability insurance
*Previous customer service experience
