Skin Care Technical Customer Service Specialist

Utilizing business management, analytical and consultative skills; the Technical Customer Service Specialist will provide business sales, positioning, education and sales strategies to enhance the use and presence of Company Branded Skin Care products at key accounts to maximize the business potential for both the key accounts and the Company.

The candidate will identify and mentor accounts on brand benefits, product knowledge, sales strategies and other techniques to enhance brand impact and sales. The candidate will use creative and innovative ways to aid accounts in leveraging the brand to generate new business and/or maintaining existing business. The candidate should be capable of building relationships with accounts with the objective of identifying opportunities that allow for increased Company and related brands' participation in projects at target accounts. The incumbent will serve as an expert for skin care applications and work closely with Sales and Marketing Teams and other Service staff.

Although this is not a sales position, there is a very strong emphasis on using product knowledge and sales strategies as well as interpersonal communication, listening and probing skills to retain customers and cross sell or upsell products.

• Responsibilities
 Understand and embody the Company's brand and luxury message.
 Maintain a long term growth strategy updated on a consistent basis to ensure achievement of personal and company goals.
 Follows and understand current esthetic trends in both spa and medical spa environment.
 Meet with existing spas to plan and evaluate business and create promotional and educational plans.
 Participate in, plan and support educational programs, trade shows, customer events and programs.
 Communicate and implement new promotions and product launches as designed.
 Identify and participate in relevant industry groups.
 Provide all initial and on-going theory training to accounts in territory.
 Be alert to spa and skin care trends and communicate them to leadership.
 Teaches classes in small group settings.
 Travel and train as directed by corporate office.
 Provide timely reports to management (including calendar) and reports as assigned.

• Position Requirements and expectations
 Licensed Esthetician and/or understanding of skin care products and industry.
 Visit each account in assigned territory on a frequent schedule as agreed upon by account and leadership. Must have reliable transportation.
 Implement quarterly training and promotional schedule with each account.
 Provide weekly agenda and calendar to Sales Director.
 Utilize tools provided through Salesforce dashboard to maximize market potential.
