We are seeking outgoing, motivated individuals with skin care knowledge and retail sales experience who are enthusiastic, smart, and responsible to represent and demonstrate the MyChelle brand in various retail locations. These positions will support a passion for delivering legendary customer service to stores and their shoppers.
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Demonstrate the VISIA™ Complexion Analysis and provide product recommendations
• Demonstrate the Reveal® Complexion Analysis and provide product recommendations
• Educate shoppers about skin care reports and recommend skin care products
• Conduct regular special in-store events that promote MyChelle
• Conduct product sampling/demonstrations
• Educate store personnel and consumers
• Maintain a timely and accurate schedule
• Report daily activity to appropriate personnel
Requirements:
• Licensed esthetician or cosmetologist (preferred but not required)
• Top performer in sales and customer service skills
• Experience in natural skin care
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• High level of follow-up, availability and responsiveness
• Outgoing, positive, contagious spirit and energy
• High level of organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent time management skills
• Collaborative team member passionate to learn and teach
• Extremely Self-Motivated
