Spa Coordinator /Assistant Manager Needed for Medical Spa (Denver)
$10 - $15 per hour (D.O.E.) plus Commissions and Perks!
We specialize in laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation and resurfacing, fillers & injectables and skin care treatments.
We are looking for an outgoing, organized, responsible individual for a position as our Spa Coordinator. Someone who is passionate about caring for people and who has outstanding communication skills. In this role, you will strive to coordinate our spa schedule to maximize our sales, profits and overall guest satisfaction. We promise to deliver the best customer service to our guests at all times. WORK HOURS:
To discuss in interview. 30-40 hours per week including evenings until 7:30pm and weekends.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Spa Coordinator, you will engage with clients by greeting them, preparing them for services and ensuring their comfort and relaxation through our guest amenities. The Spa Coordinator has a very important role. This is the person who is relied upon to keep the spa running at optimal levels at all times. The Coordinator needs to have a thorough knowledge of all protocols of our services and our products and be able to communicate effectively with our guests about the benefits and features of all that we have to offer. You are the most critical link in ensuring that our guests' experiences at our spa are nothing other than outstanding!
Additional responsibilities include:
• Demonstrating outstanding customer service and striving to exceed our guests' expectations
• Exceeding individual and team sales goals
• Learning and becoming extremely knowledgeable about our services and products
• Promoting our services and products quickly and efficiently
• Coordinating the spa schedule and ensuring the proper guest flow throughout the spa on a daily basis
• Checking out guests and retailing our products and gift cards
• Conforming to employee policies and standards set forth in the Employee Handbook
• Scheduling of appointments using computer software
• Educating our guests on spa services and retail products
Job Requirements
Must have strong and effective verbal and written communication skills as you will be interacting with both guests and coworkers throughout the workday. You must also be self-managed and analytical with a positive approach to customer service.
Additional requirements include:
• High School Diploma
• Experience in customer service
• Energetic, enthusiastic and motivational team player
• Experience in sales of products and services
• Ability to multitask
• Outstanding customer service, professional manner, discretion and appearance
• Ability to maintain relationships with our guests
• Pre-employment drug test, background check and other screens may be required
• Skills must include: basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office, cash handling, organizational, communication and retailing
• Must have a valid Driver's license and reliable transportation
COMPENSATION:
Starting pay is $10 to $12 per hour plus commissions with a 30 and 90 day review.
COMMISSION -
You will receive commission on most product and service sales.
