Integrative Health Denver is looking for holistic practitioners (nutritional consultant, herbalist, reiki, iridologist, esthetician), who truly care about the health and wellbeing of their clients, to work out of our space.

About us: 
We are a community wellness center focusing on helping our clients to get well and stay well. We currently have practitioners of Traditional Chinese Medicine, massage and bodywork, yoga, and meditation. We are looking to expand and offer complementary services to our clients by bringing in new practitioners who share our vision. 

Our facility, located at 3358 Larimer Street, Denver, is in the up-and-coming RiNo Arts District. We have four treatment/consultation rooms, a large open area for classes, waiting room, restroom and staff office. Our building is located in a multiple tenant building which includes a retail wine shop, hair salon, and vintage clothing boutique. 

How we work:
Our business focus is not only on the wellness of our clients, but also the wellness and success of the practitioners who work with us. With our model, practitioners rent space from us, from as little as 10 hours per month to up to 80 hours. You set your own hours and rates. We help you by providing an online scheduling service, marketing on our website, client referral, trades, laundry and furniture, and provide assistance as you try to grow your own practice.
Practitioner Monthly Packages:
10 hours of room rentals / month = $200
Each extra hour beyond 10 = $20

20 hours of room rentals / month = $350
Each extra hour beyond 20 = $17.5

30 hours of room rentals / month = $450
Each extra hour beyond 30 = $15

60 hours of room rentals / month = $750
Each extra hour beyond 60 = $12.5, limit of 80 hours maximum.
Service Fee:
A service fee of $40 will be added each month regardless of the package selected. The service fee includes the following amenities, freeing up your time to focus on growing your client base and business! 
  • Providing first set of uniform business cards
  • The use of an online scheduling system
  • Promotions/marketing
  • Laundry services
  • Discounted body work services
  • Table and other furniture
  • An hour per month of dedicated time with one of the owners to help you grow your business
Deposit:
A security deposit of $200 is required with any rental agreement.
