Beautiful skin care suite for rent at Bear Essence in Evergreen Colorado. Furnished with massage table, sheets, cover, mag light w/ steamer, microcurrent and microdermabrasion machine, wax pot, wax products and towel warmer. Providing Lira Clinical Skin Care and their Peels to get you started. Lira Clinical provides some training and reps available at all times. We have a Medical Cosmetics Doctor who provides injectables and 7 hair stylist / color specialist and one who also offers hair and lash extensions. Salon is Vintage Mountain Chic design with Relaxation lounge area and a large wrap around deck includes bathrooms with showers and reception/ boutique area. $500 monthly, Plus you receive 10% on retail sales.
Doctor uses suite Monday and Thursday Evenings 5-8 and periodically a Friday as needed.
