Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa – Arvada is looking for an outgoing, motivated and enthusiastic Spa Manager to join the team! The successful candidate must have excellent sales, communicate in a professional and friendly manner and a proven record of individual and team success. This position is responsible for the management of the daily operations of the franchise and performance of the business. The Spa Manager must perform all the duties listed below; in addition, the Spa Manager will perform the duties and responsibilities of the Spa Associate when necessary. Responsibilities of the Spa Manager include :  Oversee and manage the daily operations of the spa Assist with setting and achieving membership goals Manages all of the spa staff including sales associates, therapists and estheticians Responsible for creating managing staff work schedules Responsible for all human resource functions for the spa staff including interviewing, hiring, training, disciplining and termination Ensures all employee timesheets are properly recorded and that payroll is submitted on time Ensures all operations are in full compliance with local health and safety codes or other local agency codes Ensures client services are being carried out and completed in a professional, correct, and efficient manner Provides excellent customer service to all members and guests Manages spa inventory and orders supplies as needed Generate sales reports Helps to maintain a professional, clean and safe clinic environment for employees and guests Performs marketing duties Manages the performance review process for all employees Qualifications :  Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, management or related field preferred 3-5 years’ supervisor or manager experience preferred 3-5 years’ experience working in a spa environment preferred Equivalent combination including internal experience We offer a competitive salary!
