Job Summary Build & Maintain Client Relationships with Hair Salon Partners, Hair Salon Owners, Hair Stylists, Cosmetologists, Beauticians, and Estheticians. Outside Sales Representatives will have Exclusive Rights to sell an Exclusive Professional Line of Hair Salon Products and Hair Salon Services in Colorado. Outside Sales Representatives will do Hair Product Sales Presentations and Education to Hair Salon Owners, Hair Stylists, Cosmetologists, and Estheticians. Outside Sales Representatives will promote Hair & Beauty Products, Weight Loss Programs, Health & Wellness Services to Colorado Spas, Hair Salons, Health and Wellness Centers etc. Responsibilities and Duties Client Relationship Building and Management. Maintaining Inventory Control of our Client Needs. Understanding our Client Needs. Calling and Setting Appointments with Businesses. Qualifications and Skills Engaging and Interpersonal Skills Required. Valid Drivers Licence and proof of Auto Insurance. Excellent Listening and Closing Skills. Strong Negotiation Skills. Excellent Communication Skills with our Management Team. 2 References of Sales Character & Work Ethic. Benefits Benefits Determined at 6 Months from Hire Date.
