The Brand Ambassador is responsible to drive Odacité's daily business. This is a part-time position averaging 5 hours once a week. Expectations include, but are not limited to: demonstrating products, performing one-on-one consultations and facial treatments, educating clients on products, increasing brand awareness and meeting sales goals. We're looking for someone who's self-motivated, passionate about skincare, outgoing, and approachable.
A Brand Ambassador must:
Represent Odacité as the face and voice of the brand. Be reliable, punctual, and goal-oriented. Maintain knowledge of Odacité products. Clean, neat, professional attire is required. Build and maintain store and client relationships to maximize sales and encourage repeat business. Actively creates a welcoming environment through teamwork and collaboration. Be open to coaching and feedback to generate stronger sales and create the best Odacité experience for our clients. Drive and exceed performance and sales goals while displaying prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional customer service.
Qualifications:
Valid esthetician or cosmetology license preferred
Experience in cosmetic/skincare/beauty retail environment
Organization and detail oriented Interest in Green Beauty a plus
Required experience:
Sales: 2 year minimum in cosmetic/skincare/beauty industry sales
Customer Service: 2 year
Brand Ambassador: 1 year
Must:
Be able to work flexible retail hours which includes: nights & weekends *Holidays
