We are currently hiring for licensed Wax Specialists / Estheticians / Cosmetologists in our McCandless location located at the McCandless Crossing shopping center. *Wax Specialist / Esthetician & Cosmetologist Job Responsibilities : Providing all waxing services to all of EWC guests Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with guests Promote guest frequency Retaining guests through re-booking Educating guests on waxing methods using EWC’s exclusive retail product line Wax Specialist / Esthetician & Cosmetologist Requirements:  Must be a licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in Colorado. 1 – 2 years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry preferred; not required Be willing to learn new techniques Portray a positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor Maintain a professional appearance at all times Enjoys working in a goal oriented, fun, fast-paced, working environment Experience in sales preferred; not required Able to do all types of body waxing Ability to work flexible days and hours Have reliable transportation Must be a Team Player Wax Specialist / Esthetician & Cosmetologist Benefits:  Discounts on all retail products Great referral program Free Body Waxing Working in a fun environment Working in a beautiful, well managed facility Being part of a successful team Career Growth Competitive Compensation: working a minimum of 3 days per week (HOURLY / COMMISSION / TIPS / BONUS).
