Job Description
Provide product and brands expertise to customers in a friendly, knowledgeable, and pleasant manner. Maintain store appearance and assist leads with daily tasks.
Description and Responsibilities
Assist customers, and provide knowledgeable advice and appropriate product recommendations
Provide excellent customer service including skincare consultations and makeup application
Keep active clientele book
Achieve personal and store sales goals
Participate in inventory management
Research ingredients and assist with new brand discovery
Keep store fresh, clean, and attractive
Be knowledgeable of all product lines, new product releases, and in-store events
Qualifications
Strong personal interest in clean beauty A MUST
Must be able to apply makeup and perform skincare consultations
Must be a self-starter
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Flexible work schedule and reliable form of transportation - weekend, evening, and holiday availability REQUIRED
Creative, self-motivated, and driven
Education and Experience 
Prior experience in cosmetics, beauty, and sales REQUIRED
Licensed makeup artist or esthetician preferred
High school graduate
*Must be able to lift 10 pounds, and bend and stretch to stock shelves*
