We are looking for experienced, licensed Instructors to join our team.

The Instructor positions are responsible for teaching in the classroom as well as overseeing the student hands on practical for our Eyelash Extension Courses.

Available instructor positions are for the following courses...

Classic Eyelash Extensions 12 contact hours

Eyelash Extensions Refresher Class 8 contact hours

Advanced Techniques of Volume Lashing 16 contact hours

Minimum Qualifications: 
*2 years of experience in the industry and 4,000 hours active work experience (required)
*Active Colorado Esthetician or Cosmetologist license (required)
*Certified in Eyelash Extension Application (Minimum of Classic experience) (required)
*Preference given to those with “Volume" Lashing experience
*Prior teaching experience a plus
*Instructor will responsible for teaching all course curriculum subjects. Ensuring students become proficient

Additional: 
AAB offers training in Permanent Makeup, Advanced Permanent Makeup, Eyebrow Shaping, Nail Technology, Advanced Makeup Application. Additional certifications in any of these areas of study are a huge benefit. *Promoting and advertising of the class will be expected.*

Course Curriculum to be covered and instructor will be responsible for ensuring students are proficient: 

Classic Eyelash Extensions 12 contact hours

To educate the Licensed Cosmetologist or Esthetician or student enrolled in an approved Esthetician or Cosmetologists course in the application of semi-permanent eyelashes. Students will be educated in the aspects of sanitation and safety during application of semi-permanent lashes.

Eyelash Extensions Refresher Class 8 contact hours

To educate and update the student on recent changes in the eyelash extensions industry. The class is for any student that wants to keep their skills fresh and up to date in an industry that changes quickly.

Advanced Techniques of Volume Lashing 16 contact hours

To educate the Licensed Cosmetologist / Esthetician in the Advanced Techniques of Volume Lashing. The class theory, practical and hands-on will teach the “HOW” AND “WHY” as it pertains to the techniques. The required technical skills (the how) needed to perform several multi-lash pickup methods to create the perfect volume fan. Students will learn the specialized “base wrap” technique that ensures the fan will last to the end of the natural lash’s life cycle. Students will learn the reasoning (the why) behind what they are learning. This advanced class is unique and versatile for students of all levels. It is intended to meet each students individual needs within the class. Students will also be introduced to the newest MAX (MEGA) Volume technique & theory.

Compensation: 
$25-$30 Based on Instructors level of experience and met qualifications
