Busy DTC dermatology practice is seeking a Colorado licensed esthetician with at least 3 years of experience performing treatments including chemical peels, microdermabrasion and microneedling. Experience working in a medical setting is preferred. Laser certification is ideal, but not required. Must understand HIPPA rules, basic skin disorders and sanitation procedures.

This position is Full Time (40 hours weekly) with hourly pay plus monthly bonus based on productivity. Position involves working 8-12 hours at front desk per week, understanding back office flow, and providing esthetic services 2 Saturdays a month. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and work well in a team environment. Expected to regularly post on our esthetic social media pages in order to promote services.

Required to train and learn practice treatment protocols, perform online courses as they pertain to use of equipment used in-office and obtain certification for these, learn to recommend skin care products based on patient skin type and underlying disorders. Must work with providers and staff to customize treatment for patients with troubled skin.

Minimum job requirements:

• 3 years of esthetic practice or more
• Colorado Esthetician License
• Chemical peel certification
• Microdermabrasion certification
• Job references
