We are busy eyelash extension salon looking for a recent esthetician graduate to join our team! This is a flexible and well-paid contractor role which requires an attitude for excellence, great customer service, a high amount of personal responsibility and self-discipline.
The services provided in this role:
  • Lash lift and tints
  • Airbrush spray tanning
  • Eyebrow and eyelash tinting
  • Facial waxing
  • Eyebrow waxing (threading is a plus!) and a strong eye for eyebrow shaping
  • Dermaplaning
Other responsibilities:
  • Being that this a contractor role, you are 100% responsible for your own schedule. We provide the clients. You are responsible for determining when you are working, blocking off vacation time in advance, and being on-time for every appointment. Punctuality and reliability is very important in this role.
  • Managing your own supplies. You are responsible for auditing your supplies, determining what you need, and ordering it. A stipend is given for some supplies.
  • Following all sanitation procedures. Sanitation is very important to us and following sanitation laws is required.
  • Keeping your insurance and license up-to-date. You will need your own liability esthetics insurance ($99-200/year) and it must always be up-to-date.

Licenses Required:
  • Esthetician license
Training Required (these can be arranged after offer for a fee if not already trained):
  • Spray Tanning Application
  • Lash lift and tint

Pay:
  • 40-60% commission on all services provided
  • 25% on all products sold
If offered the position, we do conduct background checks and call past employers.
