Responsibilities of Lash Extension specialist:
-Designs specific eyelash treatments based upon guest's individual needs
-Perform consecutive professional eyelash extension application sessions.
-Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by state law and the studio's policies and procedures.
-Creates excellent experience for guests through friendly and helpful attitude
-Provides frequency recommendations and education to members/guests on proper lash aftercare
- Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of lash rooms and common studio areas
-Prefer minimum of six months of eyelash extension experienced.
- Certification required
Responsibilities of Microblading Technician:
-Must present and portray a positivpositive and professional image of the practice to client
-Consult with potential clients.
-Schedule procedures with clients.
-Sign up clients with all proper paperwork.
-Perform procedures at the highest level of quality and care.
-Signup clients for “touch-up” (follow-up) appointments.
-Communicate all aftercare instructions and explain healing process to clients.
-Handle client concerns that arise during and after procedure.
-Maintain a clean and organized procedure room.
-Follow all sterility procedures to ensure no contamination of microblading equipment.
- Microblading skills. (must certified)
Responsibilities of Wax Specialist:
-Must exhibit skilled waxing technique and a strong desire and interest in waxing
- Posses customer service skills.
-Must be self-motivated, accountable and thrive in a team environment.
-Able to perform all types of body waxing.
All applicants must have the following qualifications:
-Must be a licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist .
-Must have or be willing to buy liability insurance.
-Must be willing to learn new technique.
- Updating 3 social media pages
- Administrative tasks: answering phone, greeting clients, keeping files up to date, Pre/Re-booking, retail sales, Minimal housekeeping, present surveys/questionnaires.
-Must have special ability to communicate effectively and relate well with clients.
-Must be able to work well under pressure.
-Oral and written communication
- Willingness to sell, convert sales, and have follow-up skills
-Ability to work independently.
-Ability to build cross-functional relationships.
- Work in a fun, fast paced environment
-Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Must have access to reliable transportation
