Laser Tech/Esthetician

Gleam Medical Spa is looking for an esthetician/certified laser technician to join our team. The ideal candidate would be able to perform the following services:
Laser Hair Removal, RF Skin Resurfacing Treatments, Chemical Peels, Dermaplaning, Waxing and Lash Extensions.
We are open to hiring someone that does not have their laser certificate but this person would have to be able to perform the other services successfully.
We work very hard to offer the highest level of customer service. The right candidate would be exceptional at customer service, highly professional, goal oriented with a proven history in sales and clinical experience. We have a very friendly and fair working environment and would need the new hire to be a 100% team player.
Candidate must have the following experience, skills, and education:
  • Laser Certified (optional)/ Esthetics License
  • Proven sales experience
  • Experience in the above services
  • Ability to sell products, laser packages and upsell services.
  • Working interview required
Pay structure will depend on the candidate, hourly plus commission and bonuses
