Surgery Center Business Manager Lakewood, CO

Surgery practice/clinic seeks experience, positive and professional Manager for a primer practice in Denver Colorado!

Job Description: 

• Exhibit a positive and welcoming personality with motivation for patient care

• Work with human resources department in managing staff
• Project leader, task organization and delegation
• Manager will supervise the staff including Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses and esthetician, and assistants
• Responsible for supervising patient scheduling
• Help develop staff-specific job duties
• Work closely with practice owner to expand the practice/services and increase efficiency
• Ensure accurate and quality patient chart management and documentation.

• Work cohesively to reach monthly product goals, as well as an individual production goals for each clinical provider with in the team.
• Conduct Marketing activities including social media, email campaigns, patient follow ups, special events and other creative marketing to provide repeat business and practice growth.
• Payroll/accounting/organize monthly financial statements
• Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in Dental/medical office and/or Medical Spa setting
• 5+ years of Management, Supervisory or Leadership experience
• Highly organized, detail oriented, strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent time management
• Marketing experience required
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Proficient at accounting
• Positive and optimistic attitude
