Seeking a Full Time Retail Manager who has a passion for natural and organic beauty products.

We are a fast growing natural and organic beauty boutique with a variety of high end skin care, makeup, bodycare and hair product lines. Looking for the right person to join our family and grow with the company.


Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily business.
-Provide honest and confident feedback to customers regarding products.
-Consistently seek new trend and product knowledge to act as an expert for the customer.
-Identifies opportunities to drive traffic into the store through community networking, sampling products, and new product launches.
-Assists in merchandising and display, and ensures the shelves are consistently replenished.
-Assists in training employees in product knowledge, makeovers, clienteling, and operational systems.
-Set and achieve personal sales goals while supporting the goals of the team.
-Coaches in the moment and holds team accountable.
-Manages and assesses performance through consistent observation and feedback.
-Performs inventory during store hours.
-Perform daily store maintenance tasks including stock work, re-merchandising, price markdowns, order intake, and light cleaning.
-Meets personal goals while maintaining a strong floor presence and control.



Requirements:
-2 yrs plus cosmetic counter manager or retail store management.
-Proven ability to set and achieve sales goals.
-Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
-High level of ownership, accountability and initiative.
-Ability to motivate, inspire, and influence others through actions and examples.
-Ability to multitask and build relationships.
-Knowledgable and enthusiastic about natural and organic beauty products.
-Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist a plus.


-Must have retail cosmetic experience.

-Weekends a must.

-You will need to demo your makeup techniques and be an outstanding salesperson.

-Ongoing training provided in all lines.

-You must have a professional appearance and attitude and know how to have fun.
