Physical Requirements: Must be able to physically handle a busy massage schedule Ability to communicate clearly in English both written and verbally Minimum skills, experience, education and ability for this job: Must be at least 18 years of age Must be a Licensed Esthetician or Certified Paramedical Esthetician Must be able to do shift work (mornings and evenings) as well as weekends Must have experience in waxing procedures Ability to adhere to adhere to all safety policies Ability to interact and maintain positive relationships with guests, co-workers and management consistent with SSRC’s Service Excellence standards.  Detailed job description, including responsibilities, work performed, tools or equipment used, etc.: To provide facial & waxing services to the guests and owners of the Steamboat Grand Hotel as well as other clients as needed Perform facials and other esthetic treatments                                                                                                     Will clean up and changeover of rooms                                                                                                               Assisting in retail sales                                                                                                                              Build and maintain a regular clientele Maintain standards of performance for all specialty treatments, including product usage Learn new services, as requested Promote the sales of retail products related to the treatments performed Adhere to safety practices and policies Promote spa services and products throughout the hotel Demonstrate the values presented in the guest service standards and employee handbook Attend all required meetings and training sessions Assist with special projects, events, and promotions as needed Compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements.  Other duties, as assigned Other Information:  This position is a temporary position and will work less than 10 hours a week on average This is an hourly non-exempt plus commission position and is subject to overtime pay Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer  https://www.brainhunter.com/frontoffice/seekerViewJobDetailAction.do?sitecode=pl405&jobId=1956404&page=search&external=&utm_source=Indeed&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=Indeed
