We are currently seeking a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist to work as a waxing specialist at our full body waxing salon. The job is for approximately 30 to 35 hours per week (3 to 4 days per week, including a partial shift or two). We are open Monday - Saturday from 10 am - 7 pm and Saturday from 10 am - 5 pm. We are closed on Sundays.

We are a young, fun, fast-growing company looking for qualified candidates to join our team. We are an established salon with our newest location in the Castle Pines area of Douglas County (I-25 S, exit 188). This area has the highest median household income of any Colorado county.

Wax It Salon will train new waxers. (NOTE: We value attitude over experience. If you have a positive attitude, but less experience, you have the ability to learn at a much faster rate than someone with a negative attitude. Positive attitude/friendly demeanor is something we don't have time to teach). Excellent customer service is a must! Also, must have the ability to work with others in a fun, fast-pased environment.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE will possess the following:
- An esthetician or cosmetology license
- Be comfortable with performing all types of waxing services
- Open to learning new waxing techniques
- Have a friendly demeanor and be extremely detail oriented

The WAX SPECIALIST is responsible for:
- Providing customers with a positive waxing experience
- Bringing a level of fun and enthusiasm to work every day
- Suggesting new/creative ways that can better serve our clients
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness at our salon (i.e. you will have some light cleaning duties)

We are a very tight-nit team, so some flexibility from you is required. While we do make schedules a month in advance, occasionally schedules change, shifts need covered, etc. We are a no appointment salon so, as much as we try, it isn't always easy to predict customer patterns.
