Earth Science Naturals, a leader in natural beauty and personal care, is seeking a highly motivated, energetic and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador.

Our Brand Ambassador is responsible for helping to inspire and support our consumer and retail community and to assist in executing, educating and promoting our products and programs.

Job Description:

Provide sales, merchandising, demo and educational support in retail store locations based on an assigned schedule. Build and maintain buyer and store team relationships.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Support sales and regional broker representatives in account management within a specific territory
• Call on 3 to 5 accounts per day (scheduled route)
• Must be able to work occasional evenings and weekend days
• Establish and report a minimum of three sales objectives at each call
• Track and maintain customer notes in an online CRM database
• Upsell new approved items and scheduled promotions to store staff
• Provide product education and sales training
• Provide demo support
• Follow-up on orders and promotions as needed
• Store price checks and sale tag checks
• Work with brokers to fill approved product voids
• Participate in store resets and new store openings
• Clean shelves, displays and provide tester replacements
• Maintain car stock and demo supplies

Experience and Skills Required:

• Must have a minimum of two years of outside sales experience (required)
• Self-starter, with excellent time management skills; must be able to work independently
• Must be able to stand for 4-hours and lift up to 40 pounds
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
• Training and demo experience preferred
• Colorado Esthetician License is a plus
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must supply personal computer/tablet and smart phone for business reporting
• Must have reliable transportation and proof of auto liability insurance
