We are currently hiring for a Regional Career Development/Recruitment Director. The Regional Career Development/Recruitment Director will act as a liaison between Regional Developer, Massage Envy Corporate and Franchisees to increase the concept of massage therapy as a career, and to increase the level of recruitment for massage therapists within the Colorado (CO) region. This will start out as part time position at approximately 10 hours per week, with possibility for additional hours as needed.
This position reports to the Colorado Regional Leadership Team. The primary goal is to increase the number of therapists working at Massage Envy Colorado.
The Regional Career Development/Recruitment Director responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Assisting with massage therapy education for therapists and estheticians.
  • Attending open houses, job fairs, and other therapy school events.
  • Promoting the concept of career development with the appropriate non-Massage Envy personnel and follow up as necessary.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the Regional Leadership Team.
Qualifications of the Regional Career Development/Recruitment Director
  • High school diploma and Associate’s Degree or some College preferred.
  • 1-3 years experience in recruiting, education assistance and career development preferred.
  • 1-2 years experience working in the massage industry preferred.
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
The salary range for this position will be $20-25 an hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Qualified candidates please submit your resume and cover letter to the email provided.
