Account Executive
We are seeking an individual who is based in the Denver, CO area for travel purposes, energetic, motivated and enthusiastic with a minimum of 3 years relevant selling experience in skincare/beauty retail business for our Great Plains Region covering CO, NM, MT & WY. The right candidate must be well organized, professionally mature and sophisticated enough to deal with the challenges of the retail market while simultaneously expanding sales, managing accounts and utilizing available resources in an effective manner.

Essential Duties:
Sales (50%)
  • Assessing and capitalizing on existing accounts: Working with retail accounts (i.e. Ulta Stores) and implementing in-store events and special promotions to build sales for the retail business; Exuviance and CoverBlend brands.
  • Track, monitor and analyze retail sales data for all major accounts that you are responsible for on a door by door basis.
  • Coordinating all selling efforts between the store management and your in-store promotional person to achieve optimum levels of productivity and to satisfy sales goals.
Account Management (30%)
  • Nurturing relations with Store/Prestige Managers and Beauty Advisors to provide good customer service, and to capitalize on growth opportunities; to monitor all store activities including our space and location, presentation at point-of-sale; to coordinate all in-store promotional activities with store personnel (i.e. visual departments) to insure effective and lucrative promotions.
  • Plan, coordinate and execute the Exuviance/CoverBlend Training program for implementation to Beauty Advisors and the members of the promotional support team if the trainer is unavailable.
Management of Resources (20%)
  • The ability to manage company resources. Economical use of resources as a means to maintain a return on our investment. Plan and execute in-store programs and monthly events and analyze their sales results vs. the company investment; to monitor for all in-store events and recap their results on a weekly/monthly basis.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have 3 years experience in skincare/beauty retail business
  • Must be proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Travel — includes up to 3 nights in hotel; weekends & travel a must
  • Lifting — approximately 5 - 10 lbs.
  • Licensed Esthetician preferred, but not required
