Massage Envy Full-Time Business Manager

Massage Envy Spa in is looking for an experienced Business Manager to run a clinic in the Highlands Ranch Area! The Business Manager needs to be friendly, positive, sales and goal-oriented with a passion for leadership, great customer service & team building to fill a full-time position as the Business Manager in the daily clinic operations.
The Business Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of a growing, exciting business. The right candidate will take ownership of daily operations and thrive knowing their actions will have a direct impact on the success of the business.This is a sales and operations management position that will serve as the Manager on Duty and is responsible for all aspects of the business including maintaining proven standards of excellence, driving membership and sales goals and enhancing client experiences.
The responsibilities of the Business Manager include but are not limited to:
· Ensure each guest/member has a great customer experience
· Focus on key performance indicators to drive profitability
· Coach sales process with sales associates and service providers
· Maintain an impeccably clean clinic
· Interview, hire, and supervise massage therapists, estheticians, and sales associates
· Administer and create employee work schedule
· Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Maintain inventory and order supplies and retail products
· Conduct and document employee reviews
· Membership sales
Qualifications:
· College education preferred
· Have previous sales experience (previous membership and/or retail sales preferred)
· Have the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks and be detail-oriented
· Have excellent customer service skills
· Be able to have a flexible work schedule
· Have previous supervisory experience
· Previous MASSAGE ENVY experience a plus!

The pay range for this position is $32,000-$45,000/year + bonus and commission for membership sales and includes employee rate massages. Base salary is dependent upon qualifications and previous experience (please see above our list of preferred qualifications).
