Laser & IPL Technician/ Esthetician (Cherry Creek North)

Job Description:
Your main responsibility's will be to give clients a 100% care and attention, reaching your sales goals/ targets weekly and following up with previous guest to renew their interest and making sure they were a 100% satisfied with their service.
Customers book appointments to have a service with you on premises. While this is an inbound position and no cold calling is required, to be successful at this job, you will need to use your networking and marketing skills to constantly bring new customers through our doors.
The ideal candidate will bring confidence, credibility and high integrity, coupled with an excellent work ethic and strong closing skills.
Qualifications/Requirement's
Laser certification (Esthetics License and IPL License a plus, but not required)
2+ years of experience in the beauty industry (some consultative sales experience preferred)
Experienced negotiator and strong closer in a short sales cycle
A drive for results - proven track record of exceeding set targets
Commitment to exceeding customer expectations
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Must be a self-starter and highly motivated
A dynamic and outgoing personality
Be extremely organized
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must work well under pressure
Detail-oriented and have ability to multitask
This position is a hourly and commission based. You determine the size of your paycheck.
