Esthetician and Makeup Artist wanted for a unique concept in the Denver Highlands. VERT beauty, an eco-chic beauty boutique, is seeking an experienced, passionate person to join our team. We are a fast growing natural and organic beauty boutique with a variety of high end skin care, makeup, bodycare and hair product lines.



Responsibilities:

-Perform skincare and waxing services
-Set and achieve personal sales goals
-Support Store Manager on all events and sales goals.
-Actively participate in training sessions and workshops
-Greet customers in a timely, professional and engaging manner
-Initiate service consultations by asking open-ended questions to learn the customer's preferences and needs
-Provide honest and confident feedback to customers regarding products
-Keep accurate and complete records
-Build and maintain good customer relationships
-Book appointments for return services, makeup lessons and events
-Work as a team player to ensure each customer receives the best service possible
-Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results
-Perform daily store maintenance tasks including receiving shipments, stock work, re-merchandising, display, and daily cleaning


Qualifications:

-Colorado Esthetician license is required
-Must have cosmetic retail experience
-Comfortable and competent at services and make-up application.
-Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about green beauty trends
-Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and coworkers
-Excellent client service, communication and organizational skills.
-High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
-Flexibility regarding work hours; ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
-You must have a professional appearance and attitude and know how to have fun.
