Job Summary : Our Corporate Technical Trainer is responsible for delivering exciting and motivating technical and customer service training to ensure that all our Cerologist™ technicians are able to deliver our Minimal Waxing Standards, along with our brand promise to each and every client. What is a Cerologist? At WAXING THE CITY, our licensed estheticians are not only waxing specialists, they are the ultimate professionals at their craft. This led us to create our very own title of Cerologist, which combines "cera" (Latin for wax) with "ologist" (to indicate their level of education and expertise). Requirements:  High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Minimum of 2-4 years waxing experience and minimum 1 year training/educational experience preferred Must possess a current cosmetology or esthetician license in the state of Colorado Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and cannot have travel restrictions Ability to travel and work some weekends Participate in community outreach opportunities, such as career fairs, events, trade shows, and studio openings Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and the ability to operate and use other company software Key Competencies:  Proven technical and teaching skills Uphold and enforce WAXING THE CITY’s policies and procedures Professional and winning attitude Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to be flexible and embrace change in a fast-paced work environment Develop and maintain strong team and business relationships Attend and participate in all WAXING THE CITY Train-the-Trainer programs Provide on-going training and assessments of Cerologists Effectively manage training curriculum, calendars, and projects Work with Cerologists on developing their business skills Uphold client discretion and confidentiality Join our fun team!
