Hand and Stone offers professional Massage, Facial and Hair Removal services tailored to the client’s individual needs. Hand and Stone Cherry Creek is currently hiring for a Spa Manager to join the team! This position is responsible for the management of the daily operations of the franchise and performance of the business. The Spa Manager must perform all the duties listed below; in addition, the Spa Manager will perform the duties and responsibilities of the Spa Associate when necessary. Responsibilities of the Spa Manager include but are not limited to:  Responsible for generating sales reports, payroll, bank deposits twice a week and cash accounting, inventory and ordering supplies on a monthly or more consistent basis Cultivates sales performance of the spa and spa associates to meet franchise requirements Completely understands and is responsible for managing all aspects of daily operations Develops and implement budgets Makes crucial business decisions Responsible for achieving all membership, service, product, gift card and sales revenue goals Performs and/or oversees front-desk duties Ensures all operations are in full compliance with local health and safety codes or other local agency codes Implements and monitors workplace safety Ensures client services are being carried out and completed in a professional, correct, and efficient manner Provides excellent service to members/guests by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting members/guests upon arrival and selling memberships Develops marketing strategies to build the Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa business Communicates regularly with the franchisor and other franchisees Hire, train, monitor and coach performance of Spa Associates, Therapists and Estheticians in alignment with all company values and culture. Performs administrative duties Performs and/or oversees regular inventory procedures Orders supplies/products/equipment from vendors Implements strategies for ensuring loss prevention Creates a schedule on a regular basis that is responsive to the sales/service levels Performs any other job functions as necessary to ensure continued smooth operation of the business Maintenance and cleaning of spa Qualifications :  Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, management or related field preferred 3-5 years’ supervisor or manager experience preferred 3-5 years’ experience working in a spa environment preferred Equivalent combination including internal experience We offer a competitive salary with bonus opportunity and benefits!
