The MyChelle National Educator is responsible for identifying learning opportunities, implementing new experiences and developing and executing the optimum product and sales education materials, content and programs under the direction of the Director of Product Development & Brand Management. This includes the creation of training materials/content, project timelines, competitive assessments and regional territory education support. In addition, the role will help to develop education plans to achieve revenue growth and financial goals for various customer segments from both a long and short-term perspective.

  • Informational Articles
  • Visual Presentations
  • Provide regular webinars, in store trainings, rep trainings and all other educational requests
  • Work in partnership with National Sales Director and Regional Sales Managers to:
  • Identify and facilitate field training and education needs
  • Launch training program, services and products
  • Help to drive the company’s efforts to maintain its leadership position in all channels of business
  • Help regional sales teams achieve targeted revenue goals within each channel
  • Maintain product integrity, brand identity and principles
  • Analyze market competition regularly including competitive store product mix checks on a regular basis from each territory
Position Requirements
  • 5+ years’ relevant experience and Bachelor’s degree required; beauty industry / retail experience strongly preferred, Licensed Esthetician preferred but not required
  • Customer goods experience desired; passion for the beauty industry
  • International experience a plus
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); must have ability to deliver strong, polished, effective PowerPoint presentations
  • Ability to cultivate strong partnerships across cross-functional teams
  • Creative thinker and proactive, resourceful problem solver
  • Ability to seek out and identify up-and-coming global beauty trends
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Organized and keen attention to detail in both managing tasks and budget tracking
  • Experience presenting to various audiences
  • Experience and knowledge about adult learning styles
  • Able to work under pressure effectively & efficiently
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multi-task
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects within tight timeframes
  • Up to 60% travel required
  • Ability to work non-standard (retail operating) hours required
