Being an esthetician is about keeping an open mind & the willingness to listen and learn. I'm looking for someone who's ready to jump in and learn they way we do things. You should have a strong drive for success without being rooted in competition with your peers. You should be good at working as a team, opposed to competing with your team members. You should take great pride in your work and what's being put out in the world with your name on it. This position comes with mandatory training.
