Description and Responsibilities Assist customers and provide knowledgeable advice and appropriate product recommendations Provide excellent customer service including skincare consultations and makeup application Participate in inventory management Research ingredients and assist with new brand discovery Keep store fresh, clean, and attractive Assist with social media presence and content creation Be knowledgeable of all product lines, new product releases, and in-store events Assist leads with brand expansion Qualifications MUST HAVE experience selling cosmetics and/or licensed esthetician/cosmetologist Strong personal interest in clean beauty Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Excellent communication and problem solving skills Flexible work schedule and reliable form of transportation Creative, self-motivated, and driven Education and Experience Prior retail experience - makeup, skincare, etc High school graduate *Must be able to lift 20 pounds, and bend and stretch to stock shelves * Job Type: Part-time Salary: $13.00 /hour Required education: High school or equivalent Required experience: Retail Sales: 1 year 4 days ago - save job » Apply Now Please review all application instructions before applying to AILLEA.
