The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for providing legendary service to all internal and external customers using in-depth knowledge of products and company processes as well as communicating effectively with team members throughout the organization. *
  • Provide product recommendation to consumers via phone, email and Live Chat *
  • Processes customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures *
  • Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests *
  • Work closely with Finance and Operations departments to resolve customer concerns or disputes *
  • Partners with the sales team to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations 
Requirements
: *High level of reliability and responsiveness *Strong communication skills both written and verbal *Contagious positive outlook with a can-do attitude *Collaborative team player willing to take direction and have initiative to complete tasks *Highly organized and ability to multi-task *Self motivated, quick learner with a love for troubleshooting *Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint *NetSuite experience a plus *Esthetician license a plus
